Using the power of athletics, recreation and education to create powerful partnerships, bonding opportunities and positive self-image, the Beaverton Police Activities League strives to instill principles of respect, maturity and good samaritan-hood through its many programs and outreaches. Whether it's being present in the youth community by offering a fun and safe space to spend idle afternoon time, or encouraging character-building hobbies in at-risk youth through programs such as the Boxing Team, Girls Empowerment Group, Running Club, Dance Club, Youth Leadership Group, Intel Computer Clubhouse, Homework Club & Kidzlit, enforcing positive relationships with uplifting role models means PAL staff is held to a high standard of communication, openmindedness and compassion.
