Embarking on her real estate career in 2005 as an administrative assistant at Prudential NW Properties, Traci Brown learned the housing industry from the ground up before moving to Keller Williams in 2012. Compelled to create a customized, intimate client experience, Traci made the decision to strike out on her own and quickly gained a loyal following with her above and beyond customer service. In 2013, I graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration. My studies in customer relations, consumer behavior, and marketing have equipped me with a keen ability to assess both team and client needs, allowing me to deliver exceptional service consistently. After digging into the real estate world to help my brother find a home, and then embarking on a first-time purchase of my own, my passion for the real estate world ignited! In 2016, I became a licensed real estate agent and joined Traci’s team as an Administrative Assistant. A year later, I expanded my role to include that of a Showing Specialist. Since then, I have been committed to creating seamless, efficient, and enjoyable transaction experiences, with a steadfast dedication to matching buyers with their ideal properties. I take pride in my attention to detail, approachable demeanor, and my ability to cultivate genuine connections with our clients. Buyers can trust that they are consistently protected and well cared for throughout the process. When not serving our clients, I enjoy marking off travel destinations from my bucket list and exploring the local scene with my family.


Drawn to real estate through a combination of natural skill, family roots, and professional encouragement, I began my career after years in the hospitality industry. Known for my warmth, sharp instincts, and grounded communication style, I was told early on by a local realtor—and later inspired by my sister’s success in the field—that I was made for real estate. With a childhood shaped by my parents’ experience flipping homes and managing rental properties, I bring an intuitive understanding of what adds value, both emotionally and financially, to a home. My clients appreciate my responsiveness, attention to detail, and no-pressure approach. I work with all types of buyers, offering guidance grounded in experience and insight. My strong background in property repairs and inspection processes enables me to identify potential issues before they arise and partner directly with contractors to explore practical solutions. Whether it’s a first home, a move-up property, or an investment opportunity, I ensure that every client is informed, confident, and empowered to make the right decision. I believe that selling homes is like serving tables—you want people to enjoy the experience, refer their friends, and come back asking for your section. When not working with clients, I stay inspired through painting, crafting, paddleboarding, and exploring new flavors in the kitchen.
