A Portland-grown operation, the Children's Cancer Association was founded in 1995 by Regina Ellis in response to her five year old daughter, Alex's, tragic passing. Regina sought to create non-medicinal healing in the lives of children like her daughter Alex. The association has since grown to include music, retreat, play and friendship therapy for children who may only have a short time to experience the many joys of life. In 2016, Keller Williams Realty Professionals chose the Children's Cancer Association as our charity of the year. We are so thrilled to be helping this incredible mission and encourage our clients, vendors and fellow Portlanders to research ways they can get involved.
